The Chairman of Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, valued the new royal orders that were issued on Saturday, June 2, 2018, by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz.

He said, "It is achieving continuous renewal and pumping new blood from the national competencies in the arteries of institutions and government agencies in general."

He stressed that the successes achieved since the launch of the vision of the Kingdom of 2030, especially those related to structural reform, were only a product of the approach of renewal, which was able to reformulate the administrative structures in the State where the foundations and rules are becoming more established and diverse.

Al-Khalidi pointed to the importance of the reform and renewal approach, which has characterized the Kingdom during the past two years.

This has resulted in the upgrading of the efficiency of state institutions by possessing many new mechanisms, tools and ideas, all of which have been developed in the development of services provided to citizens.

Al-Khalidi congratulated all those who were included in the precious royal trust.

He is hoping that God Almighty will help them in their new responsibilities and lead their progress in the process of development and reform.

In addition, Al-Khalidi congratulated Eng. Ahmed Bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi as he was chosen to fill the position of the Minister of Labor and Social Development. He was the Chairman of the Council of Saudi Chambers and Chairman of Riyadh Chamber.

Thus, the next business environment is the closest to understand the challenges facing the labor market, both productive and operational.

He praised the involvement of the private sector in general in many parts of the government to benefit from its experience in management and operation.

Khalidi also cherished the royal orders that to establish a Ministry of Culture and the Council of Royal Reserves in order to enrich the cultural and tourist life in the country.

He believed that the establishment of a Royal Commission for Makkah and the Holy Places was an extension of the care and patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the extension of the success model achieved by the Royal Commission in Jubail and Yanbu.

He believed that the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, has been a strong supporter of the mission to develop Makkah and raise its capacity of pilgrims to 30 million, which is one of the most significant goal of Vision 2030.
